Hi!
I’m Naomi Abel.
A Realtor in NC & SC, mom of 2 daughters, dog mom, and volleyball mom.
And I know first hand that buying and selling your home is so much more than a transaction.
It’s not just a house upgrade, it’s a life upgrade.
I’ve lived the journey myself; from a 1,000 sq. ft. townhouse where my daughter and I shared a bedroom, to where I am today. I remember the uncertainty, all the questions, and the pressure that come with making a move. And making sure my kids were okay throughout it all. Guess what. They got through it, and THRIVING!
That experience is exactly why I show up the way I do for my clients.
Because the truth is, nobody moves for fun. We move out of necessity for one reason or another… or many reasons.
A growing family, a new job, schools, needing more space, wanting a better flow for everyday life.
And with that comes a lot of unknowns. It’s not the move that breaks you, it’s carrying all of the “how’s” and “what if’s” alone.
My job is to take that weight off your shoulders so you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.
As a full-time working mom, I understand how important it is to have a home that actually supports your daily life. When I work with you, I’m not just thinking about square footage, I’m thinking about how your mornings flow, where your kids will play while you make dinner, and how your space can grow with you.
Outgrowing your home is normal, and you don’t have to figure out what’s next on your own.
Whether you need more bedrooms, a home office, or a backyard that finally gives your family room to breathe, I guide you through each step with clarity, confidence and data.
I created my Moving up Made Easy Method; It’s what I needed when I moved years ago, that would have made the process so much easier.
My method takes what can feel overwhelming and turn it into a clear, streamlined, and even exciting process, because I’ve been in your shoes, and I use that experience to anticipate challenges, answer questions before you even have them, and make sure you feel supported from start to finish, so you can manage your day to day life and focus on what’s important.
If you’d like my step-by-step guide, “Moving Up Made Easy,” I’d love to share it with you, so you can move forward feeling prepared, supported, and confident every step of the way.
Because for me, it’s not just about helping you move, it’s about helping you move forward.
